Straight off Elie Saab's moodboard

Elie Saab's iconic style for gowns is very easy to differentiate and pick out but recently I came across a dress so unique, nothing like the typical Elie Saab and yet it is !

Not the usual flouncy gowns and neither any embellishments. No lace and no glitter rather an opposite!

I don't know how I missed out these bold and bright lines and pattern. It is eccentric and I completely love the colour pallet. Such vivid tones and balanced vibrancy!

Here's my coordinated look for this lovely evening gown, can't wait for the weekend to actually try out more of these!

My idea was to create like moodboard using makeup instead of objects. Now I wish i had painted my lips lilac but honestly I was too scared to end up looking like Aishwarya from last year's Cannes. No comments! Will definitely try more designers soon and keep you posted!
